![]() The staff has a few shining stars who work as hard as anyone I have seen but also some dull ones that don't really know anything and are always calling the manager or looking things up on the internet. Overall the cottages are nice but a little tired. The beach is nicely maintained but the one server on the beach was a busy guy and doing the best he could. It is a slow and painful walk on the coral into the water. The beach is very hard to walk on as it is broken coral and rocks. When we left there was over 30 bottles of OJ in our fridge, The ocean water was very very cold and almost no one went in. You get tons and tons of OJ and some water at night, again waiting outside your door. You do get damp Croissants and decent muffins in the morning waiting outside your door in the heat. You have to put all your garbage out on the front porch and call for pick up. Even then you get sheets if you ask and also clean towels. Please note that you get no housekeeping service at all unless you call and ask. We had a HUGE issue at Latitudes but I will save that for a restaurant review. We were there a week with our whole family and every day we went to lunch or dinner at Latitudes they asked us if we had reservations as if we had just come across from Key West on the ferry. The staff never gets to know you by name. Oh well, they said they had to deep clean the cottage. We got our our keys at 3:55pm with check in starting at 4pm. We arrived by air about 130p under the premise of a good chance of early check in. The ferry service over and back runs like a watch. The property is very very nice on an exclusive island. We all know that hotels and like businesses are dealing with Covid and I take that into account in writing this, otherwise it might be a bit lower. You get tons and tons of OJ and some water. ![]() ![]() ![]()
